Tortoise is a takeout window located on the patio at Nothing's Left Brewing Co. serving fresh sourdough pizza, caesar salad, and garlic bread. For almost three years we operated a food truck on this patio and recently moved into the brick and mortar space on the other side with an expanded menu. Our pizza remains the same - our dough is made with three different organic flours, water, and sea salt. Our tomato sauce has one ingredient: really good tomatoes. Nothing about our pizza is very fancy or complicated but it's made with a lot of attention and love. We hope you like it as much as we do!

NLBC is a 300 seat brewery with a large patio out front so there's plenty of room to come by and enjoy your pizza here or you can give us a call to place your order over the phone. Please note that takeout orders are limited to six pizzas per order. Pizza is always better fresh so please do your best to pickup on time - there's nothing that breaks our hearts more than pizza sitting in a box longer than it needs to!
